Duties and Responsibilities

1.       Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress

2.       Coordinate all team activities and facilitate communications

3.       Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

4.       Follow-up on assigned tasks and ensure completion

5.       Maintain a high level of communications with team members

6.       Prepare daily and weekly reports and document outlining scopes, goals, deliverables, required resources and timing  for the projects

8.       Assist in manage assigned Projects from initiation to closure.

9.      Assist in manages assigned Proof of concepts (POC) from initiation to closure.

10.   Provide summary reports on projects to Project Manager

11.   Assist in ensuring proper delivery and handover of the project

Job specification

§   Education: Bachelor degree

§   Experience:

§   3-5 years of experience in similar field

§   PMP

§   Skills and abilities

§   Good spoken & written English, Solid communication skills, Customer orientation skills and planning skills
